August: Adamski Effect

This month’s theme for our monthly blog revolves around the captivating “Adamski effect.” For those who may not be acquainted with it, the Adamski effect is achieved by duplicating your photo using editing software like Photoshop. The technique involves selecting the main subject on the top layer to retain sharp focus, while applying motion or path blur to the lower background layer, resulting in a beautifully blurry and dreamy backdrop.

Due to various commitments and limited opportunities for outdoor photography this month, I decided to explore this effect using a combination of portraits and pictures from my previous trip.

I hope you enjoy these photographs and the quick editing I employed to achieve this mesmerizing effect.

Thank you for visiting this page. Hope you enjoyed the photos.

This is a circle blog. Please see what Sharleen has to offer this month. Don’t forget to leave a little love on their pages.
